hello, it is what i would describe as a small surface grinder that works on a slide rail, moving the grinding wheel past the chipper blade that is bolted down in a fixed position.

my instructor said he did his own blades hes in kent tunbridge wells area could pass him on to you if that mite help may be able to help you

Thats about what I paid for this old mower grinder. I just ripped off all the mower gadgets and fitted a plate for bolting down the blades. Its fully automatic just set it up and it auto feeds left , right and in. I can put six sets of timberwolf blades at a time in it and walk away.Worth looking out for one of these if you have the space.
