EA Duty of Care Regs; had a letter this morning...

Recommended Posts

Cheers skyhuck. I struggled to find any meaningful info on the EA site yesterday.

I've come across this page, really needed to find it a couple of days ago. Somebody had posted the info it gives in the previous WCL thread but I find it helps to see it on the EA site in person. Hope it helps anyone else who has struggled with this. http://www.environment-agency.gov.uk/static/documents/ps005_2077240.pdf

Or is it just me??:001_smile:

Nice One :001_smile:

we have this "position statement" and Exemption notification copied and laminated. It stays in the mog together with letters from HM customs regarding our use of cherry diesel. Last multi agency check (about 4 weeks ago) no problem. Apart from plod been peed off when he thought he had the driver for no licence, insurance etc....left hand drive ...derrrrr
