IVECO 4x4 - From drop side to Arb-Truck

I think the CAnter was and is a great truck but, not cut out for tree work.

Being loaded up day in day out I really think something a bit more gutsy is needed. Especially as some of our tip sites are mud baths!!

 

So you selling the canter? Was just picturing how tidy your setup will look on big jobs with that very tidy canter, and the Iveco in the same colour scheme. Iveco alone will be nice though.

 

Where will all your tools go? Are you looking to have some small fuel tool boxes etc installed on the underside of Iveco? Had a look on one of the vehicle building adverts up the side of arbtalk pg yesterday and there are some very handy ready to go under body tool boxes available. Prices are keen too.

I saw you on Thursday in Sunnyside mate, where do you tip off? As I was having to travel to UFAMS from Marley Hill :thumbdown:

 

I used to take all chip to a local stables near beamish but im going to chin there agri machanic so can't go back, haha, my yards in sunniside were I keep me timber. Only other tip site Charlton fencing waldridge and a site in swallwell

 

the site local to my house is mins away, but in its days has saved my at least 1k in waste costs/fuel, so one needs new local cleanchip/burnpile farmer

Can you send me a link to the tool boxes please, I am converting the crew cab into a tool store and will have boxes on the underside of the tipper for gear too

Canter has gone mate, its down near Luton now. It went to a real nice lad who's gone from a 51 plate tranny so good move for him too
