Walnut for sale

Heya guys, i have this piece of walnut for sale. its 17 feet long, and roughly 8 foot around the base and 8 foot around the top. the heartwood is approx 18 inches at the butt end. i also have the stump!

I would have said the stump has a fair value for gunstocks if nothing else.

Not a huge amount of heartwood sadly. Would certainly be worth milling, but it would be a case of boxing the dark timber and discarding the rest as firewood. It certainly is worth something, but probably quite a lot less than you would have hoped for.
