It would nice to get an explanation as to why I can't ring the dealer of my choice, as I have done for twenty six years, for a replacement clutch to be sent on our account. We bought a new ms201T three weeks ago. Next climbing saw will have to be a husky. Great marketing strategy.

Husky have hacked stihls computers and sent the policy change update out just before releasing there new topper. :lol::lol::lol:

That's probably the only sensible explanation. Too be honest I didn't know anyone else made top handles, it's been stihl for entire career, never considered trying anything else till now.
