Interesting thread want the same on my transit.. Saved me doing a thread. Surly you can not only look legal but put less stress on the arse end of the truck by upgrading? Cheers

Also try Midland road springs. Go for the hardest springs they offer!

Stress will be the same. Same weight will be acting on the driveshaft/ wheel bearings, wheel studs etc. Only difference will be not sitting so low (or on the bump stops )

Interested in seeing the cost for the Iveco.
