That just brought a tear to my eye silky. Alot of my friends didn't know how much i knew him but we had pretty much grown up together. We would always help each other out in some way or another. Just cant beleive he has gone. Its going to be a very very tough day on Monday thats for sure.

The bench is a great idea we had one made for my dad. You can always go and sit on it and chill, have a beer,a read or just take stock. My dads is a good hour away from me but I know where it is. Keep your pecker up mate it's what he would want.

Well yesterday and last night we gave my mate the send off he would have wanted. It was a mixture of tears and smiles but more smiles remembering the good times. Alot of the things that we're said about dan brought tears to the bar staffs eyes which just shows that even though they didn't know him it has touched everyones hearts. The church was jam packed with 400 people seated and about 200 standing.

And for those wondering yes i did drink a few too many last night but it was in memory of dan.
