Hello, I have an old cant lever that had an ash handle until it got infested with wood worm. It is very old and was used by my Great Uncle in the woods many years ago. I would like to restore the cant lever back to its former glory and put it back to work.

So is there anyone out there that would be willing to make a new handle for me??

Thanks

Thanks, I had a look at that but I really don't think I would have the time or patience to make one:)

I have always reshafted my own tools, spades, shovels, billhooks, hammers, sledges.

But never yet tried an Axe.

All with seasoned hedgerow Ash.

No regrets or (unexpected/undeserved) failures.
