Not yet Dexta. 3 more weeks and I'm on the plane. Hopefully I can find a few of the real biggies.

Mr. Bullman ...

Another shot of the redwood "poster girl" ... lol

The conversation this week reminded me of this photo I took in August after our 3rd shoot in the redwoods. On the way out, we stopped by Prairie Creek to try a water reflection photo.

Also, after test prints, it was evident that a 16 x 20 inch photo is a better crop than a 20 x 30 for the redwood shot in the OP, because it focuses more on the tree than the wood. The ultra wide angle lens makes the fallen limb wood seem bigger than it really is.

This redwood photo with the red dress is on my new website ...

A new Arcata, California, publication picked this shot below of the same woman, for an ad in the Sept. 2013 edition for my photography stuff. It was a trade of one advertisment for use of my Smith River photo in one of their articles.

The tree we were trying to photograph before the water reflection shot, earlier in the morning, was this one ... massive cathedral redwood in Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park ...
