Interesting. Not much of a change on the (new) tree motion as far as I can see apart from the advertised small alterations. Maybe this is what we have been waiting for..Look fwd to it:thumbup1:

Yeah it looks good. Was thinking of upgrading to a treemotion in the next few months, but if this lighter version comes out soon for a broadly similar price I'll kick myself! Think I'll hang on for a bit!

No clips, not good! for the amount that its going to save is it worth it? give me comfort any day! I was thinking of making mine less light by adding the bigger back pad for more comfort for them big saw days...

Can not see how the small weight advantage will make up for the extra faffing- with the straps instead of buckles etc. In all honesty how much weight can they actually shave that would make that much of a difference. Not exactly going to be a couple of kilos

Didn't enlarge the image. I like clips that can be set & held fast for time..If thats the only part of light that is involved then I think I will stay heavy. I have found webbing that dose up easy also looseness easy too when working with a saw & gear added to a belt.
