Rough grass/lawn managment

Dad took his new toy for a spin yesterday and it appears more than up to the task. OK the grass is not too long at the moment but he was able to cut pretty low with wet grass. I was surprised how well it manged over the tractor ruts. I thought first few runs round it would scalp the bumps and mush the blades but it contoured over everything very well and the maneuverability was more than we could have hoped. He enjoyed it so much we got our lawn done by him at the same time but I suspect the novelty will ware off over time but can't complain about a free mow  Only down side was these ride on's are a bit thirsty compared with the old push joby but you can't have everything.
