opinions on van choice

am thinking of getting a citroen dispatch or puegeot expert,whats the general thoughts on them ?

looking to spend around £ 1000

The citroen dispatch,peugeot expert and fiat whatever it is are all the same van just badged to whichever manufacturer, guy I worked for had one didnt seem a bad van, only problem was used to get a bit cosy with 3 of us in the front

I run a berlingo. 217k on the clock sailed the last mot, regularly tows a tonne, gets loaded to the gunwales and still averages out at 40mpg with a 2.0hdi. Great vans and you can get them for pennies. Sorry for the curve ball!

My sisters got a berlingo car van thing never gets look after! never serviced! only goes to the garage if something breaks and its on 170k petrol engine, never had anything major go wrong just the usual wearing parts needing replacing.

Citroen all the way, i love my C15, 1900cc engine, totally abused, never lets me down.

All the farmers around here drive berlingos, they go on forever, and seem imposible to get stuck........ no landrovers here.
