i have the leg loops loose and so they sit below my butt cheeks if that makes sense, never get busted nuts that way, i ahve the bridge pretty short too which has been said helps

I have found if the leg loops are a bit loose the elastics pull the loops up and they crunch nut. Now I have the leg loops as tight as possible and try to keep them down low.

 

I'm reluctant to shorten the bridge because it feels good as it is with my Hitch Hiker. Suppose I could try it.

 

What do people do with the adjuster straps that join the waist to the leg loops?

have the elastics adjusted so they dont pull up tight . i have mine nice and loose and down quite far on my legs , used to have them tight but then changed and it is much better.

i have the adjusters set so just over half my weight is on my legs. and about 40% on my back

Never had a problem crushing nuts but it makes your eyes water when you get a twang from a elastic loop that's caught on a snag.

Ive had that happen so many times,sometimes so bad it makes me feel sick,elastic twanged straight on to the buttocks ain't good!
