The AT is crap, I had them fitted to my ranger last year and it now could'nt pull the skin off a rice pudding, also get a bit of wander with them.

AT2's are much better grippers imo

The AT2 pattern is identical to the BF Goodrich all terrain.

But is it the same compound? i was getting 70,000 miles per tyre(mostly motorway miles)

The AT2 is now the old original AT pattern but apparently is only available in certain "commercial" sizes due to EU legislation on tyre noise :(

Hence the new AT pattern
