I bought one of those owls , it was no use at all , couple of crows had a look at it and that was it . Had it in the house one night , wife walked in and nearly jumped out of her skin , so I guess it works better on humans .

Yea. Folds up under your coat ...Ha miss spent youth .....

 

Don't use it much cartridges are expensive . Put plenty in the pot over the years but I've always found it to be abit nocturnal when I was younger. Good bit of kit tho!!!

Shooting buddy has a bolt action 410 poaching gun, great little bit of kit. But cartridges are silly money :/

the national grid use them on their sub-stations if you go past one look at the top of them, I am sure you will see one not saying they work though but its worth ago instead of taking down the tree as the first option surely?

Thanks for the input fellas. I'm trying to give her as many options i can think of but she's adamaent the tree has to go. The tree has no defects & she wants me to put in an application to remove on the grounds of nusance. We will see?
