I did think of that Ian, afterwards!😳 I will make an opening shot with all my details for my vids from now on.

I think if im making a video and going to the effort of making it, why not, the general public might even respect our job is not gardening and cutting grass but skillful and well cool. :thumbup1:

First Promo vid shot with a Hero 2. Needs more work I think!

Nice editing. I liked the sense of drama and intensity the music gave it. I like the Blue Trees finish scene with the name everywhere, leaves you with the company name as a very clear final thought.

My feedback; Some build up clips, short ones, showing machinery set up and perhaps firing up the saw would be good. Close up arty shot of the beginning of a cut or similar, before scaling out to the full size of the tree/job. Perhaps you could cut to a clip of working in a more natural setting after the 'An Ancient Culture' comment rather than the urban one. Also as you mention, having more clips showing a wider variety of jobs would let you show off more skills and make the clip watch a little less repetetively.

I think it's a great first edit though and don't mean to put you down at all but you ask for feedback and that be my 2p worth. :001_smile:
