Get an old chainsaw file and heat it up red hot! Then burn a hole through the end of the climb line about an inch from the end. (I'm assuming you don't have spliced eyes, or else you would just tie the throwline to the eye!)

 

Then cut a short bit of throwline, thread it through the hole and tie it into a loop using a double fishermans. You now have a loop to clip a mini clip to and onto the throw bag.

if u mean attaching a throw line to your climbing line aye make a loop in the throw line tie a figure of eight choke it on your climbing line then use a series of half hitches keeps it straight and true. you can also use the tied loop on the throw line to attach to throw bag by passing it through the steel ring and then over the throw bag does this make sence:confused1:
