I tried an 8pin for a while although it was a higer chain speed I went back to a 7 as I felt it worked better letting it rev out and lean on the torque to make it cut faster . Oh and mine is tuned by petemate .

It had a remap when it was standard along with an updated carb . What petemate has done to it I can't tell you but it goes like a skinned whippet !

correct, they bought the saw out as a 562xp with large bar mounts for america

 

And high top filter and cover and chainbrake side cover has wider spaced holes for bigger dogs .

Husky have now come up with a replacement side cove and chain brake under warranty. I had the same issue and its been sorted now.
