Interesting conversation, Personally,,,,

I started with absolutly nothing, when i got a job, i bought the equipment to do the job (could hire?)

I would be really careful of buying good will/customers, as we dont "own" customers you could pay money for someone and they might never be a customer of yours.

I know its a bit big school, but my dad sold a business and he wasnt allowed to trade within a 10mile radius for 3 years as part of the deal.

 

If you are serious and good luck to you, id negotiate on the equipment you want, get him to chuck in the stuff you dont and get the list of customers for nothing. (play hard ball)

 

Watch the 56 plates ive heard they have problems
