HI peeps,

My mate has had one of these in storage for a few years and now has to move it. No mot but not alot wrong with it when stored. He needs it gone and knows i was looking for a new vehicle, as a favour hes offered it me for a couple of hundred as is, would need to do light work, pull my trailer into my woodland when i buy it later in the year, move my mill and milled timber, the odd butt and cants maybe.

What are peoples honest opinion of these, realistic mpg, capabilities working off road etc. I know it isnt the defender i wanted, but look at the price. Your honest opinions if u would. Thx

James

At 200 it would be worth it just to do it up and sell it quick but by no means keep it unless you're a really good mechanic and are prepared to keep all you spanners in the boot.

(Crocodile Dundee voice) 'that's norra Landrover!'.

Seriously avoid like the plague. It's got a rover k-series engine that was useless in rovers and its even worse in a plastic fake Landrover that wouldn't pull skin off a rice pudding! I could go on...
