I have no issue with this, if the staff work an extra day/days at the end of the summer term to make up.

The fact that most Primary School teaching staff are also female is of course well relevant.

In respect of:

Gender specific driving skills

As indeed, are the Yummy Mummies who collect their little darlings in their 4 by 4's:lol:

From a rural born males perspective.

Who never ran a 4 by 4.

My wife works at a primary school 4 miles away and just recieved a txt saying " if it is unsafe for you to travel to work stay at home" it hasnt snowed for 5 days,roads are as clear as a summers day!!!

We just got a text to say my sons school in Midhurst is closed . The roads are passable at the moment but to get there from here means going over Cocking hill which usually is a problem afer a while .
