What about when it aint fixed to a vehicle? I dont see why people moan about insuring an item that Makes them money and they couldn't be without. If someone nicks your chipper where will you find a few grand to replace?? Insurance is tax deductible. I have my chipper, 2 trailers, stumpgrinder, splitter, processor and tractor and tools for £1500 a year, old for new.

Hey Hodge, who are you insured with? i am only summising but isent that about 50k's worth of equipment insured for 1500??

Not moaning and its still expensive!
