welsh arbtalkers rec climb

Hi Martyn how are you, it's been a while since we have spoke.

 

About 10 weeks ago I injured my bicep distal tendon in my right arm, cutting and chucking. When the timber snapped off my arm was straight, it hyper extended my elbow joint and I heared a crunch. The doc said its probably a partial tear, I am waiting for an MRI scan and physio/ultra sound.

 

I will look forward to a day out with the lads climbing, if I can't climb I will come for breakfast and meet up with the lads.

I'm well up for a climb , let's get a date sorted and crack on !

 

lets try and set a date then..:thumbup:

 

where to go?

i think it must be central to all who want to go,to make a journey fair.

there must be a cafe in the area.

pref a dry weekend day.

 

any thoughts,i remember you tim were interested in the last one:thumbup:
