NGK are lame, I use Bosch.

My thoughts exactly. I know beaver plant from York had Bosch cos I got a pack of 10 a while ago. They do mail order but not Internet orders.

Mine haven't been a problem like the ngk since I swapped.

Is it just one saw you have this problem with??

Reason for asking is that I use NGK plugs, but only cause that's all we can get, and dont seem to have any bother at all - could it be that your HT lead is slightly worn in the cap??

Mine only seem to have been a problem with a 200T. Normal saws don't seem to make the alloy cap come loose. Even if you nip it up when putting a new one on they still vibrate loose and the thread is knackered by the time the saw is running funny. Bosch, never happened.
