Machines don’t make good coffee, good beans makes good coffee

I am addicted to expresso coffee. Clean machine fresh filtered water and quality beans + good machine makes good coffee. I use a Gaggia but I think things have moved on. Which did a test a month or so ago will try and find it. One of the delongi machines for around £100 did very well.

The trouble with the cheaper espresso machines is they use a boiler rather than a pump to create pressure. Making coffee with steam rather than water means a bitter flavour, I prefer to buy espresso from someone with a very expensive machine that they know how to use, and make it at home in a plunger.

So maybe if i look at buying a Nice selection of beans from a suitable deli in London and a good grinder plus Plunger and some nice coffee cups would be the best option?
