OMG, I didnt know you were on the popes power boat with those 3 american girls aswell?? Where you there that day when "Popey" (not popeye) went so fast that the earth started spinning faster and faster until hell froze over and the flames from the depths broke out on the surface and all the pigs had to suddenly grow wings to avoid becoming a packet of Frazzles..

Actually, its not that wide or impressive looking, just very tall and perfectly in proportion. Its in Dorset, and its the tallest broadleaf in the uk.

 

Stealth climbing only....

 

Near Blandford Forum or something like that, although i thought it was around 140ft? still huge though.

I'd understood its sister was the taller of the two at 161'... This is from a usually hazy memory, but was fairly sure. Awesome trees indeed.
