I recon my last bout of norro came from a guy coughing his lungs up all over the supermarket trolley handles. Should have walked away...........

 

I take antibacterial wipes now because you never know what disease ridden individuals are out and about.

My bad, the wipes are anti bacterila and antiviral, some sort of turbo commercial wipes I got from a hygene supplier.

 

I bought them to keep in the van because some places I work arent as clean as others.

Just got back from a walk along the beach, apart from a lump in my throat Im 100%.

Drinking plenty is the key, flat cokes good but stay off dairy
