If you look on the door pillar I think it tells you as its different pressures for the front and back also different if loaded or towing. If it wasn't so cold I'd nip out and look at mine pretty sure it's in the book. What year is it?

 

Think the fronts run at 1.8 and the back 2.8 bar if loaded

a straight answer is what looks right for the conditions you are using the truck in!!!

 

 

if on the black stuff carry normal weight & towing around the 40 mark give or take

 

you want the whole of the tread on the road with a bit of belly in the sidewall but not too much belly!!!!!

 

and as tuttle says above alter presures according to the conditions!!!!!
