Confidence is key!! Yet difficult to gather.

Having started my cs38 yesterday I have been up and down several trees and I'm soon realising my confidence isn't quite where I though haha, it's safe to say I have been pooing my self but purely trying to push past it, must admit I am really enjoying it and my instructor says my techniques are very good, just an up hill battle with my nerves but I refuse to give in haha loving every minute of it

I'm sure it will, was feeling better at the end of today. I'll let you know about the rec climb on Sunday fella, have to see how my body is feeling after this week haha

Take every opportunity to let go of your equipment and trust it. One of the hardest things when you're learning is trusting the kit. It will not fail!! Just be methodical and you'll be fine mate. Good luck!!

its always the same, tree's are all different, some are far more difficult to climb than others, but once you have climbed the same one once or twice, its much easier.
