Dolmar PS 5105 - Fed up waiting for them so importing them myself

Ones a dolmar, ones a Mak. Ones blue, ones red (like a dolmar should be). Dyeing em blue and giving them a new name; not in Germany..

 

Anyway, as ps5105 is not the same as a Mak DCS 5030.

 

i didnt meen it as an ovious question.. i was just interestedd to know the difference between the 2 ... what is the the ps5105 as a makita? what are they like?

Makita will be the DCS 5030-45/5031-45.

 

I cant see (and dont think there is) any differance apart for colour and badge, obviously. The Dolmar spec says its heavier though

Both are pretty much same price aswell.

Does it come with bar and chain? If not what bar mount does it run and would Rob D be able to source them?

 

Any info on chain guage etc? Assuming (optimistically) that it'll be the same as my Husky!

1) Does NOT come with CAT muffler which is v good news; does have epa muffler (slightly different to euro model)
