Ms200t can you tell how old???

The older saws will have black screw on filler caps, the sticker on the chain brake will have date on it and older ones the sticker was yellow now silver, they were called 020t not ms200t and the air filter cover on older ones was black now orange.

Think he may be talking about if the sticker is missing (like 90% of older 200t's)

 

Yep I suppose he is . Did say if its still on there . Serial # on the castings then . Not sure how you date it from them but some one will know . Spud perhaps ?

It is a stupid place to put the sticker, i've had two chain brake handles snap on me in the last couple of years, then you have to replace it without the sticker...

pre 2006 maybe 2005?? will have the breather for the fuel tank kinda exposed between the fuel tank and the carb/air filter, the pipe used to get pulled out climbing leylandii constantly!

Thanks everyone, gonna look at a second hand one, breather pipe I think

Is gonna be a good one to check, person selling it reckons it cost £830 new, which made me chuckle
