I too enjoy a nice Stilton, esp if you cut a hole in the centre and fill it with port, let it stand a few days and enjoy!!:001_smile:

Nice as some of the foreign cheeses are, I think we have some beautiful regional cheeses in this country. A nice home-made goats cheeses encrusted with crushed peppercorns is competition for any of the foreign cheeses.

you lot still bangin on about cheese and bloody wine, spose I will have to give it a go, even an uncultured swine like me can get some culture!!!!!!!!
