Nice as some of the foreign cheeses are, I think we have some beautiful regional cheeses in this country. A nice home-made goats cheeses encrusted with crushed peppercorns is competition for any of the foreign cheeses.

Well, some eat to live, i live to eat!! I'm no fan of wines really, but nice cheese, is worth tasting.
