I have to agree with above. My old haix protector pros lasted almost 3 years!!! The last pair only lasted about 1 year before both soles started to come away from the upper boot.

I recently bought airstreams as I have some meindl walking boots already which i love, i can only comment on how comfy they are at the moment (very comfy), let's see how long they last!

Has a pair of aqua fell experts. Crap boots. First pair split near the laces. Second pair were comfy but lost all support around the ankle. They became really floppy and ended up as walking boots. I'll stick with the air streams until I read a full review on the zermatts.

Im going for the zermatts just looked on there website they sound and look great . Still a little worried about the width of the boot they look big and the sole may be a bit harsh on smooth bark trees but every boot has a negative so I am going to give my boss £100 squid and get these bad boys :lol:
