A little help please...

Hello all,

 

I found these on one of our stacks of popular logs, but I don't know what it is... :blushing: I'm shocked at how poor my fungi id is at times.

 

the cap on the large one is roughly 20cm wide, if that helps.

 

An help would be greatly appreciated.
