Perfectly legal how we've set this site up. Sadly a text book might only show you it setup on one side of the road.

 

how is it perfectly legal? its certainly not setup inline with the code of practice

 

"Failure to comply with this Code is evidence of failing to fulfil the legal requirements to sign, light and guard works. Compliance with the Code will be taken as compliance with the legal requirements to which it relates."

The signs were all set up in accordance with the roadworks act. Men at works and road narrows were behind me. As I'd just walked back after the road narrows fell over.

 

 

Next time I'll get a picture from much further up the road. My last picture was off my phone whilst bringing in the men at works because we were heading home.

 

I even had an extended lead taper because I didn't want traffic stopping close by.

 

But hey ho, by the way I even used my end of works signs too.
