Well youve got 4weeks to read and learn even more stuff that will be useful. I filled my out of action time with reading, exercising to the limit, more reading, a doze, more exercise, dash of Arbtalk, another walk, dash of Arbtalk, hint of tea and biccies, sleep day in and day out. Hope you make a speedy recovery and get sorted.

I have been off for three days now, I dislocated, fractured and have torn my ligerments meant to be off for 3 weeks but have already cut the cast off so am going back to work before I lose the plot! Doing my tax return kept me busy and walking the dogs but can't think of anything else to do! Hope you get well soon!

I hope you haven't torn your rotator cuff or you'll be out of action for a lot longer than 4 weeks.

You can keep on top of the paperwork, take phone calls, and maybe go walking.

You might be surprised how many calls you get during the day.

Spend more time on this forum, I'm finding it helps pass the day.

Good luck with your recovery - whatever you do don't try to push your recovery or you could be back to square one.

All the best

Shane

Nope just the squishy bits around the joint. And yeah i think walking a fair amount is my best option at the mo, especially as i can't ride the horses, which sucks.

Yep this forum and facebook are going to become my new best friends i think. thanks x

Sorry mate but you're not being responsible, you will almost certainly be a liability to yourself and others. I know how tempting it is to just grab this, or just drag that with one arm, but the design of your body will mean that you will hurt something. How are you going to drive safely with one arm? Hopefully your boss will send you straight home again, or make you sit in the office filling out boring forms. If you are the boss, then things are a Little different as you can get minions to run after your every need :001_smile: take care anyway.
