I would say the husky as long as your young & fit, they wont let you down and fly through anything you throw at it.

its a personal choice, try both if you can

I love my 088, had it ten years or so, only use it a few times a year and it never misses a beat. you won't be dissapointed. I don't find it tyring to use crosscutting, just let the saw do the work, manouevering it around however......

get an older 288 with skip chain,will save you loads of dough if not being used much
