We all new best in one way or another in the early part of our lives.....

maybe the fault lies with CS tutors and the process.

 

its not the tutors its the attitude of the pupils imo:sneaky2:

i was told we teach you how to pass the tests then go out and learn the skills to improve the same as when you learn to drive.the instructors didnt mention owt about driving like a tit from what i remember:001_huh:

So use that experience to help bring along the newby in a safe manner.

 

If you just want to take the piss out of them then it's bullying and not banter.

 

If you hide behind banter when bullying then that has a name too.

I understand how banter works and unlike urself by the sounds of it, i like to have a laugh with the lads i work with. As u can have a laugh and BE safe at work.

I think the general consensus is: how can you do the above, when they are trying to tell you how to do the job, 20 years ago, when I started, I never dreamed of trying to tell the boss how to do the job? Get it?

what i'm thinking is the 'pupil' is taught, and then qualified to teach.

 

like driving, once you have passed your test, you are the best driver in the world:lol:

You have only just raised telling the boss how to do the job.

 

The consensus is that it's border line banter / bad taste

 

I started twenty years ago too.
