Those jobs are one of the best money makers there is.

 

Easy to underprice, but once you know how to deal with volume (with the right staff and the right chipper/transport) a job like that can earn good money.

 

The problem is its hard to win them for good money, as some of those your quoting against will underprice.

True, I quoted one at £1100 recently, two men two day's , maybe two n half day's. Some joker got it for £650.......:laugh1:

 

Yup, know that one all too well, I know im a new'ish climber and not the fastest but I wont risk safety for speed or profit.

 

Looks like a great job though, and yes i find the volume of waste difficult to calculate - but then by its nature is dense and doesnt compact well.
