Whats wrong with just a simple bit of rope eh? :sneaky2:

I did feel the same. Have tried the sj but im not very ambidextrous :blushing:

This looks good though because it seems to engage and disengage in the same way as a prusik but I'm hoping it's going to give a consistency a prusik cant.

Plus i seem to cook through ap far too quickly

My problem is that I need a heat resistant cord, but I cook it too quick. I love swinging in trees and that's what glazes them.

I cooked an ap prusik easily in a weekend on a big reg gum with some great swings.....so much fun

good skills :thumbup1: great swings are worth prussik cord (eases the pain when you use marlow boa :thumbup1:)

Onelab, you should look into a Bulldog.

There is about 1/4 inch of sitback on a Bulldog and as I go along it is becoming more and more 'natural'. As for whats wrong with a bit of rope,well... Nothing.

Ask the LJ,SJ, unicender, Bulldog and petzl boys, they must have a reason.
