Spent a bit more than I bargained for today!:001_rolleyes:

Went out to buy a laptop for the missus so we could both finish our studies over the coming year, ending up buying a carpet, corner suite and chair, wallpaper, paint, fireplace and hearth and a few other bits and bobs for decorating, good couple of grands worth anyway, and NO laptop!?

Think I got blindsided on that one:sneaky2::lol:

LOL, i went out this afternoon to buy a blind for my eldest bedroom, also ended up with a 3 piece suite.

How do us blokes end up in situations like this.:001_rolleyes:

We have the Female "looking" gene. We go in for a "look" and no doubt come out with something or a few bob cheaper. About 5 years ago the family went out to "look" for a new sofa. We came out with a new 4 seater on order. We then went into a wood furnitiure shop and came out with a new table and chairs (the chairs were £120 each for the armed style and £100 each for the normal) and a new bookcase. We stupidly went to look in the local BMW dealer with dads old and very throaty BMW 325i. Two weeks later we had a 330Ci M Sport. Mum and dad successfully managed to spend about 35 grand in a weekend ha ha.
