Anything from £7 to £9/ m in Lincolnshire. But depends on client, hedge, and materials needed. Price was with binders and stakes. That's based on 40m /day. Obviously a lot more depending on m/day if say 25m.

nice to see a bit on hedgelaying there is a good society if over kent way South of england hedgelayers do a lot of work east sussex. have 3 training days per year and a improvers day but you can keep going just to keep hand inhave some very good cutters. supreme champions and nat champions in there group. have not been down this year as surrey hedge layers nearer to me.

was shown root laying last time we laid a hedge some so old and brittle so we root laid it not a quick job but did a good job.

need to keep the art of laying alive does the hedge good good for wildlife and good to keep stock in.

have the isle of wight championships next feb. came 3rd this year first comp.

so try and win next year. but have son in law and friend going so they will be out to beat me. 40 cutter this year novice open and team not normally seen in comps

Got my first hedge laying job coming up. 140m wuth a few gaps to plant up. Looking forward to it, although finding getting stakes and binders a pita.:)

go on local coppicing group bound to be one in your area. there be one who can supply stakes and binders. normaly 50p each if you get them for less then well done if more. less for doing hedge. what style you laying are you doing midland as you are up in that area for it. nice to see if you want some good hedging plant murry mcclean abingdon very good plants
