hi,i am in with both hands ,owned over 45 landys from s1- defenders run 3 at present. overlanded to iceland- westen sahara and everwhere in between!people can slag landys of all day long ,but will the jap cr*p still be going in 60 years time, like landys have!.......NO.not in 10 years even.

I’ve had a diesel series 3 pickup, a winterised defender 110 (ex royal marines), a left hooker Defender 90 (bought from the army with less than 10,000km’s on the clock and now I’m on a Discovery 300TDI (bought for comfort since my daughter came along.

It hasn’t been done yet, no reason why it can’t be done…..except geography of course.

Just looking back at the pics, are you sure its a 2a, it looks like a series 3 to me:confused1:
