Agreed! I let my mate borrow mine on a recce climb at our place yesterday and he really didn't want to give it back

I knew today was going to be good ...all the pieces of the puzzle that 8s my life ate all coming together...and i am having great success in losing weight...lost 2 stone end of last year but Xmas luxuries took it back to 16 stone...i am happy to announce that i weigh just over 14 now!

I love my Grandson to bits even when there are green bubbles coming out of his nose...just didn't realise this condition could be catching....woke up for work yesterday with my voice almost gone and a feeling like i'd been drinking paintstripper...the lads seemed to be avoiding me like the plague.....luckily for them i was splitting all day....really rate this machine....very productive. By the end of the day i was unable to speak and suffering with a heavy temperature so had my first day off through illness for years.Very nessesary though..needed 24 hours on medication ...A very Horrible intense bug that only lasted a day or two....
