Glad to hear you're happy mate. I need to follow your lead with the fitness and healthy eating.... since my episode in hospital earlier in the year I've put on nearly a stone (a lot for me). Like you say it makes you feel lethargic and tired. As always your positivity is infectious and I'm looking forward to tuckers so we can catch up and talk all things arb!

Morning Mr Yaffle...I jumped on the scales just now and at 14 stone 7 lbs I am on the way to having lost 2 stone in only a few weeks!

My t shirts are all starting to fit:)...but my Harness,chainsaw trousers, jeans and underpants are all starting to fall down:rolleyes:
