Well....it's a very warm and sunny day.i didn't reslise it was a bank holiday...one day is much the same as any other day for me....Random. so I took the dog for a walk...I have started eating a lot of fruit as well as saladin fact my diet has completely changed and i feel great for it...and enjoy only one coffee a day now.

And two hours later I am now enjoying one of those Father and Son moments..life doesn't get much better than this:)

Now normaly I would make the most of this beautiful weather and sink a few Scrumpy's, but I promised myself I would start going to the gym and I have bought some kit for training and left the temptation of the city. This will be a new era for me...never been to a gym before...
