No booze last night:rolleyes: I need to focus towards a new chapter in my life.i am happy for my workmates that they finally have a yard but i shall be moving on before onwards and upwards before long. There has been a serious incident recently (again) that has been brushed under the carpet(again) and the "elephant in the room"probably won't go away:thumbdown: But anyhoo, that's the past and I have just heared that todays forcast is Warm and Sunny:) 19 degrees in fact! So I woke at 4.30 a.m feeling great and took my inspiration from a man on this morning's news who bravely played his favourite acoustic guitar through a groundbreaking brain opperation to fit a pacemaker type device to try and control shaking in his hand caused by the onset of parkinsons....I lept out of bed like a Ninja! Did some press-ups and some sit-ups ( excercises I never do....until today) drank a black coffee and put together a simple breakfast. An hour on the X-Box then I shall go for a cycle....then go and climb a Tree with my mate......enjoy the Sunshine Arbtalkland:):)
