A very personal one that i think has changed and shaped me more than any in my life.Certainly one that required more discipline and staying power.I knew i would get to this stage but wasn't sure of the outcome.I pleased to say i have found the results thus far beyond what i expected......I've tried to bore you all as little as possible with what i've been up to in terms of relentless posts of sweaty Gym work (my initial cardio sessions) and now my new block of weight training.I do between one and one and a half hours of excercise almost everyday after work or in the morning if it's a Sunday. My last drink of alcohol was new years eve and before that i only had a few between November and December.I eat as healthy as possible and keep away from the Sofa and T.V. I can honestly say i have never felt this all over fitness and well being ever in my life. I feel in tune with my body and at Peace with my world.I can only see thing getting better and better if i continue as i am doing.........

Fantastic Mr Fox,keep it up-as you know by now fitness and nutrition is a lifestyle not a diet.

You've started down a road to inner peace and happiness
