So after today i will have completed seven days of healthy eating combined with 14 hours of Controlled Excercise! Had an alcohol free weekend too.Celebrated yesterday with a Vegan Burger after1480230546564.jpg.712680b2dc3a2d7ac4dd67829923b2e4.jpg the Gym (apparantly it's the best time to eat as your metabolism is at it's highest)

1480230861528.jpg.7a8e6b1e66282398d837901905afd5c8.jpg I have done the thing that for me was the hardest...Actually making a real effort to do something which i thought was impossible. Seven of the hours alone have been continous Spinning on cycling machine and that is tough!...But a five times a week one hourly workout will be a permanent part of my life!

Paul, why punish yourself? sitting alone in a gym. Why not join a cycling club and go out with other people in the countryside that you love so much?

That's fun and good exercise.

Good morning Mick...This is my new take on the Gym.I love it...it gets easier...i am there to completely change myself....i love utilising all the machines. There is a great atmosphere in the club. It's exciting talking about nutrition and working different muscle groups..I will be doing Yoga after my first month...and getting out on my old faithful bicycle too. I just love the results i am getting from intense training.
