In Desperate times...My Silky saves the day!

so the Scarpa GTX....i was completely soaked to the skin...not rain but sweat....still quite warm for me...My Northern skin you see....but...from the moment i put my boots on until the time i came down the mountain my feet were cool and super comfortable...never slipped or lost traction...What an AMAZING BOOT!!!!

what a great friend i've made in Annalize...we are so similar in our drive,detemination and enthusiasm for Tree Work related stuff...friend for life

Got up early for a walk. Going to have breakfast now with the others followed by our last chance to go in the Pool and Jaccuzzi.Super Hotel this.

It's always wet and foggy up there. Great fun on a bike if you get the chance.

 

Looks like the sort of weekend where you come back feeling relaxed and having achieved something.

Going to miss the Spa!....Quick kick start....meet the team for Brekkie...of to the Lake then we go our separate ways.......until our next meet up

Time has come to leave my friends and drive over the nountains to see my Son and Grandson in the Forest.....

just me and my truck now....left the Lakes...

and the Forest where my phone battery died....

At least i can always rely on my Truck...
